摘要
对所设计的凝固换热装置进行了性能测试实验,针对刮冰问题以及系统能效比偏低问题进行了改进实验.所进行的实验包括冰刷型凝固换热装置、冰刀型凝固换热装置以及水冷片冰机的性能测试实验.对三种凝固换热装置的刮冰效果以及系统能效比进行对比,冰刀型是刮冰效果最好、系统能效比最高的最优换热装置.
The performance test of the freezing latent heat exchangers were carried out,and the scraping ice problem and the low energy efficiency ratio of the system were improved.The experiment included the performance test of ice-brush freezing latent heat exchanger,ice-knife freezing latent heat exchanger and water cooled flake-ice maker.By comparing the scraping ice effect of three kinds of freezing latent heat exchangers and the energy efficiency ratio of the system,the ice-knife type was the best heat exchanger with the best scraping ice effect and the highest energy efficiency ratio of the system.
