摘要
为了改善当前普遍存在的工程进度延误现象,及时发现工程中存在的问题并采取解决措施,进而确保施工方在规定的工期内按质按量地完成施工任务,需要对工程进度管理进行客观的评价和全面的监督.通过层级架构分解方法,分别从决策阶段、规划设计阶段、施工阶段和运营阶段分析工程项目进度管理绩效评价体系的影响因素,建立工程进度管理架构.在此基础上运用模糊评价法,构建一个具有二级评价指标的工程项目进度管理绩效评价体系.通过合理指标体系的建立,对实际进度管理绩效做出相应的评价打分,全面充分的对工程项目全生命周期内工程项目进度管理绩效情况进行评估.最终达到对项目进度实行动态控制和全面监督的目标.
In order to improve the current widespread phenomenon of project progress delay,find the problems in the project and take measures to solve them,so as to ensure that the construction party can complete the construction task in accordance with the quality and quantity within the specified time limit,it was necessary to carry out objective evaluation and comprehensive supervision on the project progress management.Through the hierarchical structure decomposition method,the influencing factors of the project progress management performance evaluation system were analyzed from the decision-making stage,planning and design stage,construction stage and operation stage respectively,and the project progress management structure was established.Based on the fuzzy evaluation method,a project progress management performance evaluation system with secondary evaluation index was constructed.Through the establishment of a reasonable indicator system,the actual progress management performance was evaluated and scored accordingly,and the progress management performance of engineering projects in the whole life cycle was fully evaluated.Finally achieve the goal of implementing dynamic control and comprehensive supervision on the progress of the project.
