自发性脑出血围手术期血压管理及其对心肌损伤影响的研究进展

Research progress in perioperative blood pressure management and its effect on myocardial injury in patients with spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage

自发性脑出血(spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage,SICH)是最常见、最致命的卒中类型,卒中后的心血管事件则是常见的死亡原因之一,严重影响患者的生存及预后情况.文章通过总结SICH患者目前相关临床治疗手段及可能的围手术期心肌损伤发生原因,避免在诊治过程中发生进一步心肌损伤,对SICH病因、临床诊断、引起心肌损伤原因、预防和治疗等方面的研究进展进行综述.SICH围手术期血压管理将在诊治过程中得到进一步关注与深入研究,为避免患者发生进一步心肌损伤及改善患者临床预后提供新思路.

Spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage(SICH)is the most common and life-threatening stroke.Post-stroke cardiovascular events are one of the common causes of death,which seriously affects the survival and prognosis of patients.This article summarizes the current clinical treatment of SICH patients and possible causes of perioperative myocardial injury,so as to avoid further myocardial damage during diagnosis and treatment.This article will review the research progress in SICH etiology,clinical diagnosis,causes of myocardial injury,prevention and treatment.Perioperative blood pressure management during diagnosis and treatment will be discussed,which provides new thoughts to avoid further myocardial injury and improvel prognosis.
