我国社会经济的发展离不开矿产资源的支持。只有保证矿产资源开采质量和效率,才能保证我国经济的稳定可持续发展。而球磨机作为矿产工业常用的重要设备,矿产物料在初次破碎后,应用球磨机可以对粉碎的矿物进行采集,满足矿产物料下次加工的需要。因此,球磨机广泛应用于化工、化肥、建材加工以及水泥加工等领域。本文旨在针对球磨机设备自动化系统过程中,探讨PLC的应用情况。

China’s social and economic development can not be separated from the support of mineral resources.Only by guaranteeing the quality and efficiency of mineral resources exploitation can we ensure the stable and sustainable development of our economy.As an important equipment commonly used in mineral industry,the ball mill can collect the crushed minerals after the initial crushing of mineral materials to meet the needs of the next processing of mineral materials.Therefore,ball mills are widely used in chemical industry,fertilizer,building materials processing and cement processing.This paper aims at discussing the application of PLC in the process of automation system of ball mill equipment.
