摘要
如今社会已经进入到了以智能化、主动化、网络化为发展动向的信息时代,在全球各地区均在寻找有效的自动规避手段用以降低危险的靠近或是碰撞的产生。场面运作管理的目的就是在机场机动区域中降低危险接近并防止发生碰撞,维护并加速场面交通的有序流动。设计出机场场面冲突检测和告警系统,根据机场场面监视雷达和广播自动监视来检测地面信息,从而对航空器与航空器件的场面冲突进行检测和告警。
For the outstanding problems of runway intrusion and aircraft ramping,the airport detection and alarm system to deal with conflicts is established through analysis of five aspects: taxiway conflict surveillance and warning,runway intrusion warning,forbidden zone intrusion warning,road information monitoring and departure plan warning. Based on the principle of mutual exclusion between aircraft ground operation rules and critical resources,the critical model of conflict detection is constructed,and the definition rules of four types of airport components are given. Combining with the professional data structure and type definition,the plan conflict detection is realized. In order to prevent false alarm area,polygon collision detection method is used to complete the purpose of short-term warning. The simulation results are in agreement with the theoretical analysis.
