摘要
为提高沥青路面的高温性能及寿命,研发了白色、灰色、红色、黄色和绿色5种沥青路面涂层,通过热反射方式降低路表温度。采用有限元二次开发软件对热反射路面涂层降低路面温度的可行性进行分析。配制5种路面涂层浆体制备了板式试件,实验测试不同颜色涂层的降温效果,并针对路面的抗滑性能提出改善措施。研究结果表明,采用彩色路面涂层可以降低路面温度,白色、灰色、红色、黄色和绿色涂层依次可降低路面温度为:12.8、10.7、8.1、6.1和5.9℃,为提高路表面抗滑性能,推荐在涂层表面撒布0.45~0.5机制砂。
To improve high temperature performance and service life of asphalt pavement,five kinds of coatings in white,grey,red,yellow,and green color were developed to reduce the surface temperature by means of heat reflection.A FEM secondary development software was used to analyze the feasibility of reducing pavement temperature by using the thermal reflective coatings.The five coatings were prepared by applying slurry on plate-type specimens.The cooling effects of the coatings were experimentally tested,and a method was suggested to improve anti-skid performance of the pavement.The results show that the pavement temperature can be reduced by the color coatings.The temperature decrements caused by the white,grey,red,yellow,and green coatings are 12.8,10.7,8.1,6.1,and 5.9℃,respectively.In order to improve the anti-skid performance of the pavement surface,it is recommended to spread machine-made sand of 0.45~0.50 kg/m^2 on the surface of the coatings.
