穿心莲内酯磺化物治疗幼儿葡萄球菌性烫伤样皮肤综合征疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Andrographolide Sulfonate in the Treatment of Infants with Staphylococcus Aureus Scalded Skin Syndrome

目的:探讨穿心莲内酯磺化物(喜炎平注射液)治疗幼儿葡萄球菌性烫伤样皮肤综合征的临床疗效。方法:按照随机数字法将2013年1月-2018年12月笔者医院收治的100例葡萄球菌性烫伤样皮肤综合征幼儿分为对照组与观察组,每组50例。对照组:采用头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠治疗;观察组:在对照组基础上加用喜炎平注射液,均治疗1周。比较两组临床疗效、临床指标(退热时间、皮疹消退时间、尼氏征转阴时间及住院时间)及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组的退热时间、皮疹消退时间、尼氏征转阴时间及住院时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组与对照组的总有效率分别为96.0%、86.0%,观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组与对照组的不良反应发生率分别为14.0%、8.0%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:喜炎平注射液配合头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠治疗幼儿葡萄球菌性烫伤样皮肤综合征疗效好,不良反应少。

Objective To investigate the clinical observation of Xiyanping injection(andrographolide sulfonate)in the treatment of infants with staphylococcus aureus scalded skin syndrome.Methods 100 infants with staphylococcus aureus scalded skin syndrome admitted to our hospital from January 2013 to December 2018 were divided into control group and observation group,50 cases in each group.The infants were treated by cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium in control group,the infants were added Xiyanping injection based on the control group and all infants were treated for 1 week.The clinical efficacy,clinical indicators(duration of antipyretic,duration of rash regression,duration of negative-cultured nikolsky sign and length of hospital stay)and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results The duration of antipyretic,duration of rash regression,duration of negative-cultured nikolsky sign and length of hospital stay of observation group was significantly shorter than that of control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group and the control group was 96.0% and 86.0%,respectively and observation group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of observation group and control group was 14.0% and 8.0%,respectively and there was no statistical significance between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Xiyanping injection combined with cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium had good efficacy and less adverse reactions in the treatment of infants with staphylococcus aureus scalded skin syndrome.
