Bioss骨粉对下颌水平阻生牙拔除术后并发症的预防作用及牙槽骨密度的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨Bioss骨粉对下颌水平阻生牙拔除术后并发症的预防作用及牙槽骨密度的影响。方法:选择笔者医院口腔科2018年9月-2019年2月收治的98例下颌水平阻生牙患者,采用系统随机方法分为实验组和对照组,每组49例。对照组:拔牙后于常规缝合创口;实验组:患者拔牙后于牙窝植入Bioss骨粉,并对伤口进行缝合。观察患者治疗后牙槽骨密度的变化情况、治疗后伤口愈合情况及并发症发生情况。结果:治疗后,实验组患者出血、炎症反应及干槽症的发生率明显低于对照组,且实验组患者的疼痛程度较对照组明显较轻,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者伤口愈合情况明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者牙槽骨密度水平比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),治疗后4周、12周复查,两组患者牙槽骨密度水平均较治疗前显著降低,但对照组牙槽骨密度的减低较对照组低(P<0.05),且实验组牙槽骨密度水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后4周、12周,实验组患者牙槽嵴高度及牙槽嵴宽度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:Bioss骨粉的植入可明显降低患者术后并发症的发生率,促进下颌水平阻生牙拔除术后患者的伤口愈合,且能有效改善拔牙后患者的牙槽骨密度,保留更多的骨量,维持局部骨高度和骨宽度。 Objective To explore the preventive effect of Bioss bone powder on postoperative complications of mandibular horizontal impacted teeth extraction and the effect of alveolar bone mineral density.Methods 98 patients with jaw-level impacted teeth in our hospital from September 2018 to February 2019 were selected.The system was randomly divided into experimental group and control group,49 cases each.In the control group,the trisocalcin was sutured in the socket after tooth extraction.The patients in the experimental group were sutured by implanting Bioss bone powder in the socket after tooth extraction.The alveolar bone density before and after treatment and the wound healing and clinical response after treatment were observed.Results After treatment,the incidence of bleeding,inflammatory reaction and dry trough in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group.The pain level of the experimental group was significantly lighter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The wound healing of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in alveolar bone mineral density between the two groups(P>0.05).At 4 weeks and 12 weeks after treatment,the alveolar bone mineral density of the two groups was significantly higher than that before treatment(P<0.05).The alveolar bone mineral density of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 4 week and 12 weeks after operation,the alveolar ridge height and alveolar ridge distance in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Bioss bone powder can significantly promote wound healing in patients undergoing mandibular horizontal impacted tooth extraction.Reduce the incidence of complications in patients,And can effectively improve the alveolar bone density of patients.Keep more bone mass,to maintain local bone height and width of bone.
