摘要 新生儿黄疸是新生儿时期一种高发病症,如不能及时发现,将会产生严重后果。目前,常用经皮黄疸检测仪体积大、价格高,只适合医院使用。设计了一种以特定波长蓝光、绿光双色LED和颜色传感器为核心的黄疸经皮检测仪原型,包括主控制器、检测探头、蓝牙、存储、按键、OLED显示屏、电源管理等部分,采用锂电池供电。经医院实测,该系统标准误差为2.92 mg/dL。医院实测表明该系统检测结果与现有氙气灯分光结构的经皮检测仪具有一定的可比性,验证了方案的可行性,为黄疸检测仪的小型化、便携式设计和家庭化推广做出了有益探索。 Neonatal jaundice is a high-risk disease in the neonatal period. If it is not detected in time, it will have serious consequences. At present, the commonly used percutaneous jaundice detector is large in size and high in price, and is only suitable for hospital use. It designs a prototype of the jaundice percutaneous detector with specific wavelength blue, green two-color LEDs and color sensor as the core, also including MCU, detection probe, bluetooth, storage, button, OLED display, power management and lithium battery, etc. The standard error of the system measured in the hospital is 2.92 mg/dL. The actual measurement in hospital shows that the system is comparable with the existing percutaneous detector with xenon lamp beam splitting structure, which verifies the feasibility of the scheme, and makes a useful exploration for the miniaturization, portable design and family popularization of the jaundice detector.
