摘要
为解决火力发电锅炉主汽温具有较大的惯性和较长延迟,且容易受到多种不同因素干扰的问题。在主汽温串级PID控制的基础上,给PID控制器前边加入模糊控制器。用输入量偏差和偏差的变化率作为模糊控制器的输入,构造主汽温自适应模糊PID控制器,实现了对PID控制器3个输出参数的实时调控,从而解决锅炉主汽温存在的大惯性和长延迟问题。建模仿真结果说明了新设计的组合控制器比PID控制器作出反应的时间和平衡干扰时间更短,能实现锅炉主汽温的快速准确控制,具有一定应用参考价值。
In order to solve the problem that the main steam temperature of the thermal power boiler has large inertia and long delay, and is easily interfered by many different factors. On the basis of the main steam temperature cascade PID control, the fuzzy controller is added to the front of the PID controller. The main steam temperature self-adaptive fuzzy PID controller is constructed by using input deviation and deviation variation rate as input of the fuzzy controller, the main fuzzy temperature adaptive fuzzy PID controller is constructed, realizing the real-time regulation of the three output parameters of the PID controller, thus solving the problem of large inertia and long delay of the main steam temperature of the boiler. The modeling and simulation results show that the newly designed combined controller has shorter reaction time and balanced interference time than the PID controller, and can realize the fast and accurate control of the main steam temperature of the boiler, which has certain application reference value.
