标准动车组座椅人机工程分析及性能仿真 被引量:3

摘要 讨论了动车组旅客界面设计中需要考虑的人机工程因素,结合国内新型动车组应用案例,提出了与人机工程相关的动车组座椅设计标准和设计方法.并依据国际铁路联盟(UIC)的相关标准以及“CR400动车组客室一、二等座椅暂行技术条件”,开展了2人座椅的强度、刚性以及模态仿真,保证了标准动车组座椅的设计,对今后动车组座椅设计提出了参考性建议. The ergonomics factors that need to be considered in the design of passenger interface of EMU arediscusses,and the design standards and methods of EMU seats related to ergonomics combined with the application cases of domestic new EMU are proposed.According to the relevant standards of the International Railway Union and the"temporary technical conditions of the first and second class seats in CR400 EMU passenger rooms",the strength and rigidity of the two-person seats are developed.The design of the standard EMU seats is guaranteed by degree and modal simulation,and some suggestions for future design of the EMU seats are put forward.
