基于VB生成的RV减速器摆线轮与滚刀包络线

摘要 用展成法滚齿加工,是利用共轭齿廓互为包络线的原理进行的,滚刀与摆线轮毛坯相切并做纯滚动,按一定的运动规律刀刃经若于次刚性相切后包络成齿廓包络线.参照摆线轮和其滚刀的方程,分析了摆线轮滚刀和摆线轮互相包络的过程,给出了经过旋转和平移的坐标变换的点计算方法,并用VB模拟出摆线轮及摆线轮刀具的包络线,其演示摆线轮和滚刀包络的过程可以将所包络的曲线清晰地在屏幕上显示出来,便于了解范成法加工摆线轮的基本原理,比观察实际切削加工具有更好的效果,更多的功能;同时该程序可以对摆线轮和滚刀的设计方案提前进行仿真和评估,可以使设计方案更为合完善,为确定结构尺寸及优化设计提供参考依据. The generative hobbing process is based on the principle that conjugate tooth profiles are envelopes each other.The hob is tangent to the cycloidal wheel blank and rolls purely.According to a certain motion law,the blade is enveloped into the envelope of the tooth profile if it is tangent to the sub-rigid tooth profile.Referring to the equation of cycloidal wheel and its hob,the process of cycloidal wheel hob and cycloidal wheel enveloping each other is analyzed.The point calculation method of coordinate transformation through rotation and translation is given.The envelope of cycloid wheel and cycloidal wheel cutter is simulated by VB.The envelope curve of cycloidal wheel and hob can be clearly displayed on the screen by demonstrating the envelope process of cycloidal wheel and hob.The basic principle of machining cycloidal wheel by the method has better effect and more functions than observing actual cutting process.At the same time,the program can simulate and evaluate the design scheme of the cycloidal wheel and hob ahead of time,which can make the design scheme more perfect and provide reference for determining structural size and optimizing design.
