面向渐开线齿轮加工的指形铣刀三维参数可视化设计

摘要 针对指形齿轮铣刀关联参数较多,设计计算复杂,传统的手工设计具有工作量大、效率低、精度难以保证且易出错的不足,利用共轭曲面的数字仿真原理,建立渐开线齿轮加工用指形铣刀廓形的仿真计算模型,给出具体的求解过程;基于VC++语言对SolidWorks三维建模软件的二次开发,编制指形铣刀的三维参数可视化设计软件,将理论计算与几何造型结合在一起.该软件具有设计计算准确、高效,结果清晰直观的优点,可为相关企业的实际应用提供便利. Finger gear milling cutter is a necessary and effective tool for large gear machining.It has many related parameters and complicated design calculation.The traditional manual design has the characteristics of large workload,low efficiency,difficult to guarantee accuracy and error-prone,Restricted the practical application of finger milling cutter.Aiming at this problem,using the Theory of numerical simulation of conjugate surface,the simulation calculation model of the profile milling cutter for involute gear machining is established,and the specific solution process is given.The second step of SolidWorks 3D modeling software based on VC++language is given;Develop and compile a 3D parameter visualization design software for finger milling cutters,combining theoretical calculations with geometric modeling.The software has the advantages of accurate and efficient design calculation,clear and intuitive results,and can facilitate the practical application of related enterprises.
