摘要
基于ABAQUS软件建立AL6061-T6铝合金搅拌摩擦焊接过程的顺序热力耦合模型,发展了一个下压位移模型以实现搅拌头的下压量控制方式,对焊后构件的残余应力和残余变形进行了仿真分析.结果显示:所发展模型能够合理地反映焊缝区焊后形貌,再现残余应力及变形分布的基本规律;随着下压量的增加,残余应力增大而残余变形减小.
Based on ABAQUS software,a sequential thermo-mechanical coupling model of friction stir welding process of AL6061-T6 aluminum alloy is established.A downward displacement model is developed in order to enforce the corresponding control mode of the tool.Residual stresses and deformation are simulated and analyzed.The results show that the present model is able to capture the morphology of the weld zone and the basic law of residual stress and deformation distribution.With the increase of downward displacement,the residual stress is increased,and the residual deformation is decreased.
