摘要 环境污染以及能源短缺问题日益加剧,迫使人们寻找相应的解决办法.就当前科技发展来看光催化技术是一种理想的应用技术,而且催化剂TiO2一直受到人们广泛的关注.实验采用水热法合成二氧化钛纳米线并以其为基底成功制得Cu2O/TiO2复合纳米材料.通过一系列表征技术手段对成功制得的Cu2O/TiO2复合光催化剂的内部结构、形貌以及光谱吸收范围进行深入的研究,并测试了自合成的Cu2O/TiO2光催化剂在可见光照射下对甲基橙的降解能力.结果表明:制得的Cu2O/TiO2复合纳米材料在光照50 min后降解率高达91.31%,是纯相Cu2O的1.43倍,是纯相TiO2的4.85倍. Environmental pollution and energy shortages are increasing,the corresponding solutions is forced to be discovered.Photocatalytic technology is an ideal treatment technology at present,and the catalyst TiO2 is favored by people.In this experiment,the titanium dioxide nanowires were synthesized by hydrothermal method and Cu2O/TiO2 composite nanomaterials were successfully prepared.The structure,morphology and other properties of Cu2O/TiO2 photocatalyst were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and ultraviolet-visible diffuse reflectance(DRS).The photocatalytic degradation energy of methyl orange under visible light conditions of Cu2O/TiO2 was determined.The results show that the degradation rate of the prepared Cu2O/TiO2 composite nanomaterials is 91.31%after 50 min illumination,which is 1.43 times of pure phase Cu2O,and 4.85 times of pure phase TiO2.
