Status and influencing factors of the KAP level of blood glucose control in parents of children with T1DM

目的调查1型糖尿病(T1DM)患儿家长血糖控制监测知信行现状及其影响因素,为提升T1DM患儿血糖控制水平提供理论依据。方法采用便利抽样法,选择2018年1月—2019年1月于郑州市3家三级医院就诊的180例T1DM患儿的家长进行临床调查研究。采用一般资料调查问卷、T1DM患儿家长血糖控制监测知信行调查问卷对患儿家长进行调查。本研究共发放调查问卷180份,收回有效问卷177份。结果177名T1DM患儿家长血糖控制监测知信行总得分为(61.28±9.76)分。多元线性回归分析结果显示,患儿年龄、病程、婚姻状态、居住地、家长文化水平以及家庭收入均是影响T1DM患儿家长血糖监测知信行水平的因素(P<0.05)。结论郑州市T1DM患儿家长血糖监测知信行水平处于偏低水平,有待进一步提高,家长血糖控制监测知信行水平与患儿年龄、患儿病程、居住地、家长婚姻状态、家长文化水平、家庭收入等因素有关,因此建议对T1DM患儿及家长行积极干预,以提升治疗效果。

Objective To investigate status and influencing factors of the knowledge-attitude-belief(KAP)level of blood glucose controlin parents of children with type 1 diabetes mellitus(T1DM),so as to providetheoretical basis for improving blood glucose control level of T1DM children.Methods A clinical investigation was conducted among 180 parents ofchildren with T1DM who were treated in 3 ClassⅢhospitals in Zhengzhou City from January 2018 to January 2019 by convenience sampling method.General Information Questionnaire and T1DM Parents'Blood Glucose Control Monitoring Knowledge Questionnaire were applied in the investigation to analyze the KAP level of the parents.A total of 180 questionnaires were sent out and 177 effective questionnaires were collected.Results The total score of blood glucose control KAP of the 177 parents was(61.28±9.76).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the age of child,course of the disease,marital status,place of residence,education level of parental and family income were all factors affecting the level of KAP of blood glucose control among parents of children with T1DM(P<0.05).Conclusions Parents of T1DM children in Zhengzhou have a low level of KAP of blood glucose monitoring,which needs to be further improved.The parents'KAP of blood glucose control is influenced by the age of child,course of the disease,place of residence,parents'marriage status,parents'education level and family income.It is suggested to actively intervene in T1DM children and parents to improve the treatment effect.
