原发性肝癌患者心理韧性影响因素分析

Influencing factors of psychological resilience in primary liver cancer patients

目的研究原发性肝癌患者心理韧性影响因素,并探讨其与生活质量的关系。方法采用便利抽样法,选择2016年1月—2018年10月在四川省德阳市人民医院进行诊治的97例原发性肝癌患者为研究对象。采用心理韧性量表(CD-RISC)、WHOQOL-100量表对其进行调查。结果不同性别、婚姻状况、文化程度、职业的原发性肝癌患者心理韧性量表总分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。原发性肝癌患者心理韧性总分与生活质量总分呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论护理人员应该针对不同的患者采取不同的护理干预措施,以提高患者的心理韧性水平,从而改善其生活质量。

Objective To explore the influencing factors of psychological resilience in primary liver cancer patients and the correlation between resilience and quality of life(QOL).Methods From January 2016 to October 2018,we selected 97 primary liver cancer patients from People's Hospital of Deyang City of Sichuan Province as subjects by convenience sampling.All patients were investigated with the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC)and 100-item World Health Organization Quality of Life Assessment(WHOQOL-100).Results There were statistical differences in the total scores of resilience scale among primary liver cancer patients with different genders,marital status,education levels and occupations(P<0.05).Among those primary liver cancer patients,the total score of resilience had a positive correlation with the total score of QOL with a statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusions Nurses should take targeted measures for different patients to improve their resilience and QOL.
