HBV持续性感染致CD8^+T细胞耗竭的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 正常的特异性CD8^+T细胞能清除乙型肝炎病毒(HBV),但HBV的持续刺激将导致CD8^+T细胞耗竭。故CD8^+T细胞耗竭是慢性HBV持续性感染的重要特征之一,阻断CD8^+T细胞中抑制性分子的表达以逆转CD8^+T细胞耗竭是治疗慢性HBV感染非常有前景的策略。本文总结近年来通过阻断抑制性分子以达到逆转CD8^+T细胞耗竭的方法和作用机制,以期为慢性HBV感染的治疗提供参考。 Normal specific CD8^+T cells can clear chronic hepatitis B virus(HBV).However,sustained HBV stimulation will result in the depletion of CD8^+T cells,which is one of the important characteristics of chronic HBV infection.As a promising strategy for the treatment of chronic HBV infection,blocking the expression of inhibitory molecules can reverse the depletion of CD8^+T cells.In order to provide a reference for the treatment of chronic HBV infection,this article summarizes the methods and mechanisms of blocking inhibitory molecules for reversing CD8^+T cell depletion.
