Current Status,Problems and Preventive Measures of Waterproofing Technology for Exterior Windows of Buildings in China

针对国内建筑外窗框周边渗漏水问题高发的现状,在系统调研国内相关标准条文规定及参考图集构造做法的基础上,结合工程实践,总结导致渗漏水问题的原因,并从密封防水构造设计、材料、施工管理等方面入手,提出治理措施.

In view of the current situation of high leakage of water around the exterior window frame of domestic buildings,on the basis of systematic investigation of relevant domestic standard provisions and reference archaeological construction practices,combined with engineering practice,this article summarize the causes of leakage problems and propose governance measures starting with structural design,materials,construction management,etc.
