摘要
添加不同种类的增塑剂制得了外露PVC防水卷材,从外观、质量变化、耐低温性能3个方面考察80℃热水浸泡和耐候加速老化对样品耐用性的影响.结果表明,添加增塑剂DINP制得的样品综合性能最优,而添加增塑剂DUP制得的样品耐低温性能较好,故在外露PVC防水卷材的配方设计中,可选用DINP作为主增塑剂、DUP作为辅助增塑剂.
Exposed PVC waterproofing membranes are prepared by adding different types of plasticizers.The influences of 80℃ hot water immersion and accelerated weathering on durability of samples are investigated from three aspects:appearance,quality change and low temperature resistance.The results show that the sample prepared by adding plasticizer DINP has the best comprehensive performance,and the sample prepared by adding plasticizer DUP has better low temperature resistance.Therefore,DINP can be used as the main plasticizer and DUP as auxiliary plasticizer when designing the formula of exposed PVC waterproofing membrane.
