摘要
介绍了催化裂化柴油馏分的缺点及采用LTAG技术对其进行优化改进的必要性,以某石化厂70万t/a LTAG装置为考察对象,研究了LTAG工艺技术在催化裂化装置中的工业应用情况。工业应用结果表明:在传统催化裂化装置中采用LTAG技术后应用效果较好,产品总液收率、汽油收率、循环LCO收率、液化气收率及干气收率分别达到了84.38%,46.33%,22.94%,15.11%,4.23%;稳定汽油中硫质量分数为4.3×10^-6,烯烃和芳烃体积分数分别为2.3%和42.7%,研究法辛烷值高达96.6。
The disadvantages of FCC diesel oil fraction and the necessity of optimizing it by LTAG technology are introduced.The industrial application of LTAG technology in FCCU is studied in a 700 kt/a LTAG unit of a petrochemical plant.The results of industrial application show that LTAG technology has a good effect in the traditional FCCU.The total liquid yield,gasoline yield,circulating LCO yield,LPG yield and dry gas yield are 84.38%,46.33%,22.94%,15.11%and 4.23%respectively.The sulfur mass fraction,the olefin and aromatics volunme fraction in the stable gasoline are 4.3×10^-6,2.3%and 42.7%respectively and the research octane number is as high as 96.6.
