摘要
介绍了钯膜分离技术、钯膜选择透氢机理、钯膜应用领域及制备超纯氢气方面的优势,研究了钯膜的制备和初始性能评价的步骤及过程,考察了试验制备钯膜的基本渗透性能及钯膜的透氢稳定性,同时采用X射线衍射对钯膜微观结构进行了表征,试验结果表明:制备的钯基复合膜在1000 h氢气分离提纯稳定性试验中显示出较好的透氢稳定性,且钯膜在长期工作环境和操作过程中机械结构具有完整性。该研究为钯膜未来在煤化工、石油化工及对氢气纯度要求较高的燃料电池领域的应用提供了较好的理论和试验依据。
The separation technology of palladium membrane,the mechanism of selective hydrogen permeation of palladium membrane,the application field of palladium membrane and the advantages of preparing ultra pure hydrogen are introduced.The steps and process of preparation and initial performance evaluation of Pd membrane are studied.The basic permeability and hydrogen permeation stability of Pd membrane are investigated.The microstructure of Pd membrane is characterized by X-ray diffraction.The results show that the Pd based composite membrane has good hydrogen permeation stability in the 1000 h hydrogen separation and purification stability test,and the mechanical structure of the membrane has integrity in the long-term working environment and operation process,which can provide a good theoretical and experimental basis for the future application of palladium membrane in coal chemical industry,petrochemical industry and fuel cell field with high requirements for hydrogen purity.
