摘要
分析了石化废水的处理技术及其生物毒性的危害性,以某石化公司2种石化废水(11号线及压力管网废水)为研究对象,分别采用微生物降解动力学试验(DKT)、BOD生化呼吸试验及脱氢酶活性检测试验考察了废水生物毒性对其降解速率及可生化性的影响,试验结果表明:11号线废水的降解速率较快,但其可生化性较低且脱氢酶抑制率较高,生物毒性较强,难以降解;压力管网废水的降解速度较慢,但其生物毒性较弱,经过较长时间的反应,也可达到较好的降解效果。石化废水的生物毒性评价对废水的处理及循环利用提供了理论依据。
The treatment technology of petrochemical wastewater and its biological toxicity are analyzed.Taking two kinds of petrochemical wastewater(line 11 and pressure pipe network wastewater)of a petrochemical company as the research object,the effects of biotoxicity on degradation rate and biodegradability of wastewater are investigated by using microbial degradation kinetics test(DKT),BOD biochemical respiration test and dehydrogenase activity detection test respectively.The test results show that the degradation rate of wastewater from line 11 is fast,but its biodegradability is low and the inhibition rate of dehydrogenase is high,so it is difficult to degrade.The degradation rate of wastewater from pressure pipe network is slow,but its biological toxicity is weak,it can also achieve better degradation effect after a long time of reaction.The biological toxicity evaluation of petrochemical wastewater provides theoretical basis for wastewater treatment and recycling.
