电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定钌炭催化剂中的钌 被引量:2

摘要 对测定钌炭催化剂中钌质量分数的方法进行了试验研究,确定了氢氧化钾碱熔、盐酸浸取的溶样方式,对电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法和原子吸收分光光度法测定钌炭催化剂中钌的质量分数进行了对比分析,结果表明:电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法的测定结果更接近实际值,原子吸收分光光度法测定结果偏低。对电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法进行了准确度、精密度的测定,结果表明:该方法相对标准偏差为0.59%,加标回收率为95.90%~101.30%,具有较好的准确度和精密度,可用于测定钌炭催化剂中钌的质量分数。 The method for determination of the mass fraction of ruthenium in ruthenium carbon catalyst is studied.The sample dissolution mode is determined by alkali fusion method with potassium hydroxide and hydrochloric acid leaching method.The results of measuring the mass fraction of ruthenium by inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry(ICP-AES)and atomic absorption spectrophotometry(AAS)are respectively analyzed and compared.The results show that the measured value of ICP-AES is closer to the actual value than that of AAS,and the AAS measured value is lower.The accuracy and precision of ICP-AES for measuring the mass fraction of ruthenium are determined,and the results show that ICP-AES is suitable for measuring the mass fraction of ruthenium in ruthenium carbon catalyst,which has good accuracy and precision,the relative standard deviation of this method is 0.59%and the recovery is 95.90%-101.30%.
