关于高职院校内在性难题的思考——以石家庄职业技术学院为例

A strategic approach to intrinsic problems in vocational colleges——A case study of Shijiazhuang University of Applied Technology

高职院校内在性难题的确定,要把学校置于新的方位体系中进行,立足当前兼顾长远,运用新理念新思维,以问题发现为逻辑起点。难题解决的基本原则有理念引导原则、标准遵循原则、开放发展原则、以人为本原则、统筹协调原则及特色培育原则等。要制定难题解决的制度,形成解决方案,从条件性难题、结构性难题和跨界性难题三个方面提出解决难题的具体策略。

The writer argues that it is wise of vocational colleges in identification of intrinsic problems in line with new orientations, prospects and conceptions. The principles for solutions are based on leading conceptions, complying with criteria, opening and development, man-centered, overall coordinated and characteristic education.
