Effect of bioceramics on pulpotomy of young permanent teeth

摘要 目的观察生物陶瓷用于年轻恒牙牙髓切断术的治疗效果。方法 58例行年轻恒牙牙髓切断术治疗的患儿作为观察对象,采用回顾式分析法分为矿物三氧化聚合体(MTA)组和陶瓷组,各29例。MTA组应用MTA盖髓,陶瓷组应用iRoot BP Plus盖髓。比较两组盖髓时间、术后1年治疗成功情况、钙化桥形成情况、牙齿变色情况。结果陶瓷组盖髓时间为(2.32±0.35)min,短于MTA组的(5.31±0.54)min,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后1年,MTA组治疗成功率为93.10%(27/29),陶瓷组治疗成功率为96.55%(28/29),比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。MTA组钙化桥形成率为89.66%(26/29),陶瓷组钙化桥形成率为93.10%(27/29),比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。陶瓷组牙齿变色率为3.45%(1/29),低于MTA组的24.14%(7/29),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在进行年轻恒牙牙髓切断术过程中应用iRoot BP Plus盖髓,可以获得与MTA相近的治疗成功率和牙本质钙化桥形成率,操作时间明显缩短,过程更加简化,且治疗后牙齿不易出现变色情况,是比较理想的一种盖髓材料。 Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of bioceramics on pulpotomy of young permanent teeth.Methods A total of 58 children Mdth pulpotomy of young permanent teeth as study subjects were divided into mineral trioxide aggregate(MTA) and ceramics group by retrospective analysis method,with 29 cases in each group.MTA group received MTA for pulp capping,and ceramics group received iRoot BP Plus for pulp capping.The pulp capping time,successful treatment 1 year after operation,formation of calcified bridge,and discoloration of teeth was compared between the two groups.Results The pulp capping time(2.32±0.35) min in ceramics group was shorter than(5.31±0.54) min in MTA group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 1 year after operation,the success rate of treatment in MTA group was 93.10%(27/29),which was 96.55%(28/29) in ceramics group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The formation rate of calcified bridge was 89.66%(26/29) in MTA,which was 93.10%(27/29) in ceramics group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The discoloration rate of teeth was 3.45%(1/29) in ceramics group,which was lower than 24.14%(7/29) in MTA group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of iRoot BP Plus in pulpotomy of young permanent teeth can obtain the similar success rate of treatment and formation rate of dentin calcification bridge with MTA,the operation time is obviously shortened,the process is more simplified,and the teeth are not easy to change color after treatment.So iRoot BP Plus is a reasonable pulp capping material.
