针刺拔罐治疗带状疱疹疗效观察研究

Observation and study the efficacy of acupuncture and cupping in the treatment of herpes zoster

目的研究针刺拔罐治疗用于治疗带状疱疹(HZ)的临床疗效。方法 62例带状疱疹患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方案不同分为中医组和常规组,每组31例。常规组患者使用阿昔洛韦和维生素进行治疗,中医组患者采用针刺联合拔罐疗法,观察比较两组患者临床效果、神经痛评分以及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,中医组治疗总有效率93.55%明显高于常规组的74.19%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者神经痛评分均低于治疗前,且中医组患者神经痛评分(1.8±0.8)分低于常规组的(4.9±1.1)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);中医组出现不良反应患者0例,不良反应发生率为0;常规组发生轻度恶心1例,不良反应发生率为3.2%;两组患者不良反应发生情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论针刺联合拔罐治疗带状疱疹疾病,能够取得显著的临床疗效,能够大幅降低患者神经痛疼痛程度,患者无不良反应,安全有效,值得在临床上进行大规模应用与推广。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of acupuncture and cupping in the treatment of herpes zoster(HZ).Methods A total of 62 herpes zoster patients as study subjects were divided into traditional Chinese medicine group and conventional group by different treatment regimens,with 31 cases in each group.The conventional group was treated by acyclovir and vitamins,and the traditional Chinese medicine group was treated by acupuncture and cupping.The clinical effect,neuralgia score and occurrence of adverse reactions was observed and compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment 93.55% in traditional Chinese medicine group was obviously higher than 74.19% in conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The neuralgia score in the two groups was lower than those before treatment,and the neuralgia score(1.8±0.8) points in the traditional Chinese medicine group was lower than(4.9±1.1) points in conventional group.Their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was 0 case of adverse reactions in traditional Chinese group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was 0;there was 1 case of mild nausea in conventional group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was 3.2%.The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture and cupping shows significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of herpes zoster,and it can reduce the degree of neuralgia in patients with no adverse reactions.It is safe and effective,and is worthy of large-scale clinical application and promotion.
