眼科门诊铁质角膜异物剔除术的细节护理措施

Detailed nursing measures for iron corneal foreign body excision in ophthalmology clinic

目的探究眼科门诊铁质角膜异物剔除术的细节护理措施。方法 64例行铁质角膜异物剔除术患者,按照护理方案不同分为对照组和观察组,每组32例。对照组患者行常规护理,观察组患者行细节护理。比较两组患者1次手术成功率、眼球旋转偏移、面部偏移、眼角膜受损以及术后感染发生情况。结果观察组患者1次手术成功率为71.88%,高于对照组的9.38%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者眼球旋转偏移、面部偏移、眼角膜受损和术后感染发生率分别为25.00%、12.50%、28.13%、6.25%,均低于对照组的78.13%、56.25%、62.50%、25.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对铁质角膜异物患者行细节护理能够提高手术成功率,减少患者眼球旋转偏移和面部偏移发生情况,同时还可抑制术后感染情况的发生,临床应大力推广。

Objective To investigate the nursing measures for iron corneal foreign body excision in ophthalmology clinic.Methods A total of 64 patients with iron corneal foreign body excision were divided into control group and observation group by different nursing regimens,with 32 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing,and the observation group receive detailed nursing.Comparison was made on success rate of one-time operation,and occurrence of eye rotation deviation,facial deviation,corneal damage and postoperative infection between the two groups.Results The success rate of one-time operation was 71.88%in the observation group,which was higher than 9.38% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of eye rotation deviation,facial deviation,corneal damage and postoperative infection were 25.00%,12.50%,28.13% and 6.25%,which was lower than 78.13%,56.25%,62.50% and 25.00%in the control group,and their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Detailed nursing of iron corneal foreign body patients can improve the success rate of operation,reduce the occurrence of eyeball rotation deviation and face deviation,and also inhibit the occurrence of postoperative infection.It should be vigorously promoted in clinical practice.
