Braille is a kind of special characters for the blind to learn and recognize the world,and is an important part of the national language characters.The teaching and promotion of national general Braille has become the core work in the study and practice of Braille.The promotion of general Braille covers blind people who are learning at the school and working in the society.Scientific and effective teaching methods and guarantee measures are beneficial to enable visually impaired people to use universal Braille in an efficient,accurate and standardized manner,also are conductive to promote the normalization,standardization and informatization construction of Braille,so as to guarantee the equal cultural rights for the blind.
