产业集聚对文化产业发展的影响研究

Research on the Influence of Industrial Agglomeration on the Development of Cultural Industry

文化产业是国民经济的重要组成部分,随着社会不断进步和物质生活水平提高,文化产业在我国经济发展中的地位更为凸显。本文根据我国文化产业2007—2016年省级面板数据,测算了文化产业主要行业的产业集中度、空间基尼指数、各地区文化产业区位熵,发现我国文化产业具有一定的行业层面和省级层面集聚水平。通过构建面板数据模型,分析我国文化产业集聚与文化产业发展之间关系后得出:文化产业集聚对文化产业发展起着长期稳定的促进作用,且这种促进作用由我国东部向西部依次减弱。因此,各地区应根据自身经济水平、要素分布、资源状况,选择适宜的文化产业与文化产业集聚模式,合理配置各类资源,充分发挥文化产业集聚的溢出效应。

The cultural industry is an important part of the national economy.With the continuous progress of society and the improvement of material living standards,the status of the cultural industry has become more prominent in the national economic development.Based on the provincial panel data of the cultural industry from 2007 to 2016,this paper measures the industrial concentration index,the spatial Gini coefficient,and the location entropy of the cultural industries in each region.It is found that China's cultural industry has certain level of agglomeration at the industry level and provincial level.By constructing the panel data model and analyzing the relationship between China's cultural industry agglomeration and its development,it is concluded that cultural industry agglomeration plays a significant role in stabilizing and promoting the development of the cultural industry,and this promotion effect gradually decreases from the east to the west of China.Therefore,each region should choose appropriate cultural industry and its agglomeration mode according to its own economic level,factor distribution and resource deposit,rationally allocate various resources,and maximize the spillover effect of cultural industry agglomeration.
