Mepitel在小儿隐匿性阴茎手术切口包扎中的应用

Application of Mepitel in incision of pediatric concealed penis surgery

目的探讨Mepitel作为隐匿性阴茎术后阴茎包扎敷料的应用效果。方法将2017年05月至2018年05月于河南省人民医院就诊的60例隐匿性阴茎患儿随机分为观察组(30例)和对照组(30例)。两组患儿均行隐匿性阴茎矫治术(改良Devine术式)。观察组采用Mepitel作为阴茎术后包扎敷料,对照组采用凡士林油纱作为包扎敷料。术后1周分别观察两组患儿拆除敷料所需时间、拆除敷料时疼痛程度、创面再出血、包皮水肿及创面残留分泌物等情况。结果两组敷料在拆除包扎所需时间、拆除时疼痛程度、创面再出血、包皮水肿、创面残留分泌物等方面比较中,观察组均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论Mepitel在隐匿性阴茎术后切口包扎应用中有易拆除、疼痛小、促进切口愈合等特点,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the application effect of Mepitel as bandaging materials after concealed penis surgery.Methods A total of 60 pediatric patients,who gone through concealed penis correction surgery in Henan Provincial People’s Hospital between May 2017 and May 2018,were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group.Both groups were treated by using a modified Devine’s technique.The observation group(30 cases)used Mepitel as bundled dressing,and the control group(30 cases)Vaseline gauze.Seven days after operation the time required to remove the dressing,the degree of pain when the dressing was removed,the rebleeding of the wound,the edema of the foreskin and the residual secretion of the wound were compared between two groups.Results In the comparison of the time required for dissection,the degree of pain during dissection,wound re-bleeding,foreskin edema,and residual secretion of wounds,the observation group was superior to the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Mepitel as dressings after pediatric concealed penis operation has the advantages of easy dismantling,less pain,and healing of wounds.It is worthy of clinical application.
