基于SWOT分析的上海国有中小型融资租赁公司的发展战略研究——以N公司为例

Research on the Development Strategy of Shanghai State-owned Small and Medium-sized Finance Leasing Company Based on SWOT Analysis: A Case Study of N Company

融资租赁行业在近40年的时间内得到了长足发展,但是随着外部环境的变化,作为上海国有中小型融资租赁公司N公司,在管理体系、业务现状、股东支持、资金来源等方面都存在各种问题。在介绍国内、上海的融资租赁行业发展现状以及宏观和政策环境变化的基础上,通过SWOT分析法,对N公司的发展战略进行研究,并提出能帮助N公司快速适应外部环境变化、提升企业核心竞争力、实现快速发展的发展战略及措施建议。

Finance leasing industry has made great progress in the past 40 years.With the change of the external environment,as a small and medium-sized state-owned financing leasing company in Shanghai,N company has various problems in management system,business status,shareholder support,capital sources and so on.On the basis of introducing the current situation of financial leasing industry in both China and Shanghai,as well as the changes of macro and policy environment,this paper studies the development strategy of N company through SWOT analysis method.Then,put forward some suggestions on development strategies and measures that can help N company adapt to the changes of external environment quickly,enhance its core competitiveness and realize rapid development.
