论国家认同视域下大学生法治意识的培育

On the Cultivation of College Students’ Consciousness of Rule of Law from the Perspective of National Identity

现代国家观念中的国家认同,包括主体对国家的政治、法律制度的认同,也是大学生法治意识培育的内容之一。针对大学生这一群体面临的大学生法治意识培育内容的价值观缺乏、国家意识薄弱和法治作用认识片面等问题,在大学生法治意识培育的过程中,寻求国家认同与法治意识培育的内在关联。做好大学生法治意识培育中的社会主义核心价值观引导、国家意识渗透和治理能力建设,不断深化大学生的国家认同。

The national identity in the modern national concept, including the main body’s identification with the political and legal system of the country, is also one of the contents of Cultivating College Students’ awareness of the rule of law. In view of the lack of values, weak national consciousness and one-sided understanding of the role of the rule of law in the cultivation of College Students’ awareness of the rule of law, in the process of Cultivating College Students’ awareness of the rule of law, we should do a good job in guiding socialist core values, infiltrating national consciousness and building governance capacity in the cultivation of College Students’ awareness of the rule of law, and constantly deepen college students’ national identity.
