高等职业教育专业群实训体系构建研究——以青岛酒店管理职业技术学院旅游接待业专业群为例

Research on the Construction of Practical Training System of Higher Vocational Major Cluster——Taking the Hospitality Cluster in Qingdao Hotel Management Vocational and Technical College as an Example

本文依据我国高等职业教育发展的新特点、新要求,界定了产业群、专业群以及两者之间的关系,以青岛酒店管理职业技术学院旅游接待业专业群为例,从实训设施、师资培养、课程建设等方面,建立基于"三链"融合的高等职业教育实训体系。

Based on the new characteristics and requirements of the development of Higher Vocational Education in China, the paper defines the industry group, major cluster and the relationship between them.Taking the hospitality cluster in Qingdao Hotel Management Vocational and Technical College as an example, the paper establishes a higher vocational education training system based on the integration of "three chains" from three aspects,such as the training facilities, teacher training, curriculum construction and so on.
