柴胡疏肝散合参苓白术散对肝郁脾虚型克罗恩病患者血清S100A12蛋白的影响

Effect of Chaihu Shugan powder and Shenqi Baizhu powder on serum S100A12 protein in patients with Crohn’s disease of liver depression and spleen deficiency

目的探索柴胡疏肝散合参苓白术散对肝郁脾虚型克罗恩病患者血清钙结合蛋白(S100A12蛋白)的影响。方法选取2018年6月—2019年1月于我院接受治疗的84例肝郁脾虚克罗恩病患者为研究对象,按照随机数表法将患者分为两组,42例采用甲泼尼龙进行治疗的患者为对照组,42例在对照组基础上加以柴胡疏肝散合参苓白术散进行治疗的患者为观察组。观察并比较两组患者的血清结合蛋白水平、血清炎性因子水平以及总有效率。结果观察组的血清钙结合蛋白(2282.43±724.31)pg/mL和红细胞沉降率(12.82±16.49)mm/h低于对照组,数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的白细胞介素-17(13.74±3.25)μg/mL和白细胞介素-6(19.46±3.81)μg/mL水平低于对照组,数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的白细胞介素-10水平(9.25±1.68)μg/mL高于对照组,数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的总有效率为97.62%高于对照组为80.95%,数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论柴胡疏肝散和参苓白术散对于克罗恩病患者的免疫机制具有调控作用,能够抑制患者体内的炎性反应,促进患者恢复肠道健康,提高患者生命质量,适合临床推广。

Objective To explore the effect of Chaihu Shugan powder and Shenqi Baizhu powder on serum calcium-binding protein(S100A12 protein)in patients with Crohn's disease of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency.Methods 84 patients with Crohn's disease of liver spleen and spleen who were treated in our hospital from June 2018 to January 2019 were enrolled.The patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,and 42 patients were treated with methylprednisolone.The patients were in the control group,and 42 patients who were treated with Chaihu Shugan powder and Shenqi Baizhu powder on the basis of the control group as observation group.Serum binding protein levels,serum inflammatory factor levels,and total effective rate were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The serum calcium-binding protein(2282.43±724.31)pg/mL and erythrocyte sedimentation rate(12.82±16.49)mm/h in the observation group were lower than the control group,and the data were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of interleukin-17(13.74±3.25)μg/mL and interleukin-6(19.46±3.81)μg/mL in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The level of interleukin-10(9.25±1.68)μg/mL in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the data were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.62%higher than that of the control group(80.95%),and the data were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Chaihu Shugan powder and Shenqi Baizhu powder have regulatory effects on the immune mechanism of patients with Crohn's disease,may inhibit the inflammatory response in patients,promote the recovery of intestinal health,improve the quality of life of patients,and is suitable for clinical promotion.
