摘要
人才培养方案是保证人才培养质量的重要前提,为了解我校医学人才培养方案的实施效果及课程设置是否合理,我们以整群抽样的方法抽取我校临床医学专业学生作为研究对象进行问卷调查并分析。结果发现我校医学人才培养方案的课程设置是合理可行的(P>0.05),该人才培养方案在实施过程中已经取得了一定的效果,但具体细节方面还需要进一步的修订和完善。在具体的实习安排方面,不同年级,不同性别学生存在一定的意见分歧(P<0.05),具体原因还需进一步大样本量的调查分析。
Talents training program is an important prerequisite to ensure the quality of personnel training.In order to understand the implementation effect of medical personnel training program and whether the curriculum is reasonable or not,we used cluster sampling method to select clinical medical students in our school as the research object to conduct a questionnaire survey and analysis.The results showed that the curriculum of our medical personnel training program was reasonable and feasible(P>0.05).The personnel training program has achieved certain results in the implementation process,but the specific details need further revision and improvement.In terms of practical arrangement,students of different grades and genders have different opinions(P<0.05).The specific reasons need further investigation and analysis of large sample size.
