On Rawls’ Stable Justice Consensus Based on Knowledge Capacity——Resolving the Western Justice Crisis

道德的都是历史的,西方的正义理论是一种需要不断反思的历史性理论。当代价值与学说的多元论冲击了西方社会正义的现实性和当代形式,西方自由多元社会因为缺乏正义而陷入一种正义危机。为回应时代命题,罗尔斯谨慎抛出了在公民共享的公共理性之上证明的一种有限的政治正义共识。这一知识能力之上的正义共识在哲学与政治、真理与理性之间建立了友谊。公共理性具有一种逻辑力量,能提供一种共识形式的社会正义,支持公平社会的安宁稳定。同时,公民的道德能力和社会情感也可以支持正义共识。共识形式的社会正义还需要在稳定性上保留对未来的开放性。

All moral is historical,and the western theory of justice is a historical theory that needs constant reflection.The pluralism of contemporary values and theories has impacted the reality and contemporary form of the western social justice.In response to the proposition of the times,Rawls carefully put forward a limited political justice consensus,which was proved on the basis of public reason,shared by citizens.The justice consensus over the knowledge capacity establishes the friendship between philosophy and politics as well as truth and reason.Public reason has a logical power to provide a consensus form of social justice to support the peace and stability of a just society.At the same time,citizens'moral capacity and social emotion can also support justice consensus.The social justice in a consensual form also requires to maintain openness to the future in terms of stability.
