随着信息技术、网络技术的发展,图书馆正面临着严峻的挑战与考验。军校图书馆是公共文化空间的重要组成部分,在传承和弘扬、参与和引领先进军事文化方面具有得天独厚的优势,充分发挥军校图书馆作为公共文化空间的功能,也是新时期图书馆持续发展的关键点和增长点。优化空间发展策略,就是要打破传统单一落后的办馆理念,从空间的环境、资源、服务、制度等基本要素着手,建设基于军事文化空间视野下环境舒适、布局合理、资源丰富、服务手段先进、个人体验智能、书香文化育人氛围浓郁的图书馆公共文化空间,发挥图书馆在军事人才培育中的作用。

With the development of information technology and network technology,libraries are faced with severe challenges and tests.Libraries in the military academies are an important part of the public cultural space.With their unique advantages in inheriting and carrying forward,participating in and leading the advanced military culture,to give full play to the function of the military libraries as a public cultural space is also the key point and growth point for the sustainable development of the libraries in the new era.To optimize the spatial development strategy is to break the traditional single outdated management concept,from such basic elements as the space environment,resources,service,system and the like,based on the perspective of military culture space,it is advisable to build libraries with the public cultural space of cosy environment,reasonable layout,rich resources,advanced service,intelligent personal experience,rich and elegant cultural atmosphere in order to play the library's role in cultivating military talents.
