乡村振兴战略下村庄规划编制方法探索

Exploration of village planning compilation method under the strategy of vitalization of rural areas

基于国家乡村振兴战略的提出,深入研究目前村庄发展面临的劳动力流失、产业衰败、建筑破败、环境杂乱和治理乏力等诸多问题,提出了相应解决策略。结合安徽省萧县刘行村村庄规划实践,在分析村庄发展条件及潜力的基础上,探索从产业振兴、文化复兴、生态修复、组织构建四个方面建立刘行村的振兴路径,以期为同类村庄振兴规划编制提供启发与参考。

Based on the proposal of the national rural revitalization strategy,this paper makes a thorough study of the problems facing the development of villages,such as the loss of labor force,the decline of industry,the dilapidation of buildings,the disorder of the environment and the lack of governance,and puts forward corresponding solutions. It is urgent to point out the direction,solve the problems and realize rural revitalization by the means of village planning. Based on the planning practice of Liuhang Village in Xiaoxian County,Anhui Province,and on the basis of analyzing the development conditions and potential of the village,this paper explores the path of revitalization of Liuhang Village from four aspects: industrial growth,cultural revitalization,ecological restoration and organizational construction,with a view to providing inspiration and reference for the revitalization planning of similar villages.
