摘要
对贵州传统村落保护发展规划实施效果进行抽样跟踪调查。18个村落样本调查结果显示,规划实施效果不佳,主要原因有规划编制科学性欠缺、多规实施标准不统一、村庄自身条件差、规划实施管理制度不完善四个方面。最后,针对现状问题提出保证规划实施效果的建议。
This paper,for the first time,displays the sample follow-up assessments of Tranditional Village Protective and Developmental Planning in Guizhou. The results show that the implementaion of 18 village samples are not so desirable. Primary causes are from 4 aspects: scientificity of planning,criterions of multiple planning implementation,village self-condition,and planning implementation management system. After that,suggestions for current situation and planning implementation are revealed.
