摘要
天津市宁河区厂外供水管线是基于对新建地表水给水厂净水的输送而进行的工程设计,其供水的终点是其他各已建地下水给水厂的清水池。通过对不同设计路线的比选和优缺点的分析、描述相关管线附件的设计原则和已建管线交叉避让问题的处理方式,来把握供水管线的设计合理性和优化性。同时,通过对沿程和局部水头损失的计算,分析得出最不利控制点的位置及对策措施。
Plant-out water supply pipeline design in Ninghe district of Tianjin is based on treated drinking water transportation of newly built surface water treatment plant with the end points are the reservoirs of other built ground water treatment plants.This paper uses the method of comparison and analysis of pros and cons on different pipeline design routes,describes the design principle of relating pipeline accessories and the solving ways on pipeline crossing problem to control the reasonableness and optimization on water supply pipeline design.In the meantime,the calculation of frictional and local head loss can find the worst user point and present the relevant strategies.
