摘要
中老铁路是我国"一带一路"政策下的经济建设标杆,对促进我国与老挝等东盟国家的联系有着重要意义。根据我国现代化高速铁路建设中中老铁路的运营特点及病害原因,分析中老铁路在建成后的养护维修技术,并基于其特殊问题进行了探究分析。分析探究认为:中老铁路建成后采用养护维修技术,需要在我国常见运营养护维修技术的基础上,加强对钢轨接头、钢轨曲线段问题的处理,同时提高监测的标准与范围,这样有利于延长铁路的设备使用寿命以及加强铁路应急处置能力,减少运营成本,实现资源优化配置。
The Sino Lao railway is a benchmark for economic development under the policy of"One Belt and One Road",which is of great significance for promoting the link between China and Laos and other ASEAN countries. According to the operation characteristics and maintenance requirements of the old and middle-aged railways in China’s high-speed railway construction,this paper analyses the current maintenance technology of the old and middle-aged railways,and studies its implementation system. It is concluded that the maintenance technology of the old and middle-aged railways is conducive to improving the service life of the railways and the ability of emergency handling,reducing the operating costs and realizing the optimal allocation of resources.
