实践性教学在房地产开发课程中的应用

The application of practical teaching in the course of Real Estate Development

《房地产开发》是一门实践性很强的课程。在阐明原有课程教学存在的主要问题基础上,提出该课程的实践性教学改革途径:选用实践性及工程性较强的教材;合理安排授课课时;提高授课教师的实践性教学能力;课堂安排实践性教学环节,如教师讲解案例、课堂问题导向教学、聘请业内人士专题讲座、开展课程设计等;改革课程考核方式,建立实践性教学的评价体系。通过课程的实践性教学改革,增强了学生在房地产领域的实践能力。

Real Estate Development is a practical course. After clarifying the main problems in the course teaching,this paper put forward the practical approaches for course reforms,i. e. selecting textbooks with higher practicality and engineering properties,arranging the lecture time reasonably;improving the practical teaching ability of the instructor and involving the class with more practices,such as case studies,questionoriented teaching,professional lectures,curriculum design,and etc.,changing the curriculum assessments and building a practical teaching evaluation system. Through the practical teaching reforms of the course,students’ practical abilities in the real estate field are enhanced.
