摘要
地铁工程具有规模大、风险高、专业复杂、涉及主体多、与工程周边环境相互影响大等特点,BIM是引领建筑数字技术走向更高层次的新技术,它的全面应用将大大提高建筑业的生产效率。以某地铁土建施工为例,详细阐述BIM技术在地铁土建施工中场地布置、管线改迁、复杂钢筋节点排布、图纸审查、工程量计算、碰撞检测、质量管理中的应用,对以后同类工程具有借鉴意义。
Metro engineering has the characteristics of large scale,high risk,complex specialty,involving many subjects and interacting with the surrounding environment of the project. BIM is a new technology leading the construction digital technology to a higher level. Its comprehensive application will greatly improve the production efficiency of the construction industry. Taking the civil construction of a metro as an example,the application of BIM technology in site layout,pipeline alteration,complex reinforcement node arrangement,drawings review,engineering quantity calculation,collision detection and quality management in civil construction of metro is expounded in detail. It can be used for reference for similar projects in the future.
