节水改造工程项目实施后,可改善灌区3 900 hm2有效灌溉面积,灌溉水利用系数由0.53提高到0.58。节水效益显著,并大大改善了水资源环境,大幅度提高了水的有效利用率和水分生产率,有利于水资源的可持续利用发展战略的实施,具有极其重要的社会和环境效益。对促进当地农业种植结构调整、农业丰收、农民增收,减轻农民负担,提高人民生活水平,建设美丽乡村具有积极的作用。

After the implementation of the water-saving renovation project in irrigation area of Hunhe,the effective irrigation area of 3 900 hm2 in the irrigation area can be improved,and the irrigation water utilization coefficient can be increased from 0.53 to 0.58.
