摘要
节水改造工程项目实施后,可改善灌区3 900 hm2有效灌溉面积,灌溉水利用系数由0.53提高到0.58。节水效益显著,并大大改善了水资源环境,大幅度提高了水的有效利用率和水分生产率,有利于水资源的可持续利用发展战略的实施,具有极其重要的社会和环境效益。对促进当地农业种植结构调整、农业丰收、农民增收,减轻农民负担,提高人民生活水平,建设美丽乡村具有积极的作用。
After the implementation of the water-saving renovation project in irrigation area of Hunhe,the effective irrigation area of 3 900 hm2 in the irrigation area can be improved,and the irrigation water utilization coefficient can be increased from 0.53 to 0.58. Water saving benefits are remarkable,and it has greatly improved the water resources environment,greatly improved the effective utilization of water and water productivity,and is conducive to the implementation of sustainable development strategies for the use of water resources. It has extremely important social and environmental benefits.It will play a positive role in promoting the adjustment of the local agricultural planting structure,agricultural harvest,increasing farmers’ income,reducing the burden on farmers,improving people’s living standards,and building beautiful villages.
