Exploration of Water Conservancy Projects Quality Supervision Under the New Situation

为适应高质量发展的需要,水利工程必须全面提高建设、管理和监管水平。文中通过分析当前水利工程质量监督的现状,从加大监督检查力度,加强质量检测,推进质量标准化、工程信息化建设,建立分级预警机制等方面进行了探讨,以期提出质量监督的新思路,全面提升水利工程质量。

In order to meet the needs of high-quality development,the level of construction,management and supervision of water conservancy projects must be improved. Through analyzing the present situation of quality supervision of water conservancy projects,the following aspects are studied: intensifying quality supervision,strengthening quality detection,promoting quality standardization and information construction of projects,establishing the mechanism of hierarchical warning etc.,so as to put forward new ideas of quality supervision and to improve the quality of water conservancy projects in an all-round way.
