福建省商务信用体系建设研究

The construction of business credit system in Fujian

研究走访上海商务厅、浙江商务厅、福建省商务厅以及福建省各地市商务局,通过访谈法和实地考察法梳理福建省商务信用体系建设现状及存在的问题,借鉴上海、浙江、江苏、广东等试点城市的优秀经验,针对福建省商务信用体系建设存在的问题,提出以下对策:完善商务信用体系制度建设、构建商务信用平台促进信息体系建设、完善监管机制、开展严重失信专项治理、加强商务信用支持体系建设。

This paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the construction of the business credit system in Fujian through interviews and field investigation of Shanghai Department of Commerce,Zhejiang Department of Commerce,Fujian Department of Commerce and the commerce bureaus of various cities in Fujian.Learning from the excellent experience of Shanghai,Zhejiang,Jiangsu,Guangdong and other pilot cities,it puts forward the following countermeasures according to the problems of the business credit system in Fujian:to improve the construction of business credit system,to build a business credit platform to promote the construction of information system,to improve the regulatory mechanism,to carry out special governance of serious dishonesty and to strengthen the construction of business credit support system.
