经济发展、政府投入与公众环境友好行为——基于CGSS 2013数据的实证分析

Economic development, government investment and public environmental friendly behavior——Based on the data of CGSS 2013

基于CGSS 2013的微观数据和相应的宏观数据,运用多元线性回归模型,实证分析经济发展和政府投入对公众环境友好行为的影响及其内在机理。研究发现:经济发展和政府工作评价显著正向影响公众环境友好行为,政府治理显著负向影响公众环境友好行为,经济发展对政府治理和公众环境友好行为具有调节效应。据此,提出提升区域经济发展水平以健全公众环保参与机制,转变政府主导环保模式以构建“四位一体”参与模式等对策,以不断提高公众参与环境保护的积极性和主动性,推进美丽中国建设。

Based on the micro data and macro data of China comprehensive social survey in 2013,this paper uses multiple linear regression models to empirically analyze the impact of economic development and government investment on public environmental friendly behavior and its internal mechanism.The results show that economic development and government work evaluation have a significant positive impact on public environmental friendly behavior,while government governance has a significant negative impact on public environmental friendly behavior.Moreover,economic development has a moderating effect on government governance and public environmental friendly behavior.Based on this,the paper puts forward some countermeasures such as improving the level of regional economic development,improving the public participation mechanism in environmental protection,changing the government-led environmental protection mode and constructing the"four-in-one"participation mode,so as to continuously improve the enthusiasm and initiative of public participation in environmental protection and promote the construction of a beautiful China.
