摘要
通过建立塞棒与浸入式水口的几何位置关系,推导出塞棒的有效行程、连铸机拉速与塞棒开口距离的关系式。根据钢厂实际生产数据,计算出连铸机拉速与塞棒开口距离关系式中的修正系数。结晶器液面控制系统中增加拉速变化预反馈机制可提高动态反馈系统的准确性。
Effective strokes of the stopper and the relational expression between the continuous caster and the opening distance of the stopper are derived by establishing geometric position relationship between the stopper and the submerged entry nozzle.The key correction factor of the relational expression between the continuous caster speed and the opening distance of the stopper is calculated based on pratical production data of steel mills.That a pre-feedback based on the variation of casting speed is added into the mould level control system can increase the accuracy of the dynamic feedback system.
