龙腾特钢方坯连铸机技术特点及应用

Technological characteristic and application of billet caster for Longteng Special Steel Co.,Ltd.

介绍了中冶京诚(CERI)为龙腾特钢改建的一台6机6流优特钢方坯连铸机的重要技术参数和采用的结晶器液压振动、二冷模型、电磁搅拌及连续矫直等先进技术,系统描述了保证铸坯质量的关键技术的设计特点。列举了一些典型钢种的生产参数以及取得的实际冶金效果。生产实践表明,该连铸机运行稳定可靠,铸坯质量优良,各项指标达到设计要求。

This paper mainly introduces the important technical parameters of a 6-strand high-quality billet caster rebuilt by CERI for Longteng Special Steel Co.,Ltd.and the advanced technologies such as hydraulic oscillation of mould,secondary cooling model,electromagnetic stirring and continuous straightening adopted.The design features of key technologies to ensure the quality of billet are systematically described.The production parameters of some typical steel grades and the actual metallurgical results obtained are listed.The production practice shows that the continuous caster runs steadily and reliably,the quality of billet is excellent,and each index meets the design requirements.
